WHAT'S COVERED?
Our plans provide coverage for clinically diagnosed accidents and illnesses. We will reimburse you 100% of the costs for any eligible services or treatment your cat has received during the Veterinary Service Plan Period to treat an approved illness or accidental injury, subject to the maximum benefit on your plan.
You are responsible for:
- Any deductible amount applicable to your plan.
- The costs of any services or treatment your pet has received for any conditions not eligible for coverage on your plan.
- Any costs resulting from a pre-existing condition, which, in our reasonable opinion the contract holder was aware of, or could have been aware of, at the moment the Veterinary Service Plan was purchased, or during any applicable waiting periods.
