CHARITY PROGRAM

At Purrplan, our main goal is to provide affordable coverage to ensure the protection of as many cats as possible, even to those that are not our customers. With somewhere between 1.2 and 4 million unowned, stray, and feral cats in Canada alone there are many cat specific charities in Canada who are focused on rescuing cats, but saving kitties is hard work, not to mention expensive! That's why we created a charity program with sustainability in mind, to help charities offset the costs associated with rescue efforts. For as long as you are a member, we will donate 75 cents per cat every month to the charity partner of your choice. It might not seem like much at first, but to a charity that rescues thousands of cats on an annual basis, this donation can add up quickly, and help them generate a guaranteed source of income. Simply select the charity from our list of partners during checkout, and they will earn savings every month for as long as you have your coverage.
